Yoga With Adriene Free monthly Yoga calendar!
If this is your first time joining us for a community theme, welcome!
From February through December each year, we come together as a community around a theme for the month. The practices selected support your exploration of the theme, whether you are taking on the whole month or dropping in throughout the month.
The practices on the calendar are free and are all available on the Yoga With Adriene YouTube channel. When we include membership practices on the calendar, they are noted as FWFG practices and we also include alternate free YouTube practices on those days for those who are not members.
For February, our community theme is KISS.
A month to focus on unconditional love.
Loving gestures one can do for oneself.
Loving gestures one can do for others.
A kiss - a small gesture that goes a long way.
Kiss the sky.
Kiss what doesn’t serve goodbye.
Join us for February as we explore unconditional love, starting with ourselves. Use this month to let go of something that no longer serves you or maybe dig into the idea of unconditional self love. Make out. What does it mean to love ourselves unconditionally? Explore how little loving gestures, like little kisses, can go a long way.
Take this time to care for yourself so that in turn, you can care for others well.
Share your experiences with the Kula and the community with #ywaKISS.
Be sure to subscribe to the Yoga With Adriene YouTube channel, if you haven’t already! This is the #1 way to support the YWA free calendar and the new free YouTube videos.
Connect with @adrienelouise and @fwfglife on IG.
Invite someone to join you! Take on the whole 29 days or drop in with ease, whenever you like.
Can't wait to continue practicing yoga every day!
Adrienne - I am extremely happy that I found your online practice. I have recently lost 50# and I was looking for something to assist my efforts and continue towards improving my health. I searched YouTube for yoga videos and alas, I found you. My plan after I am done with the 30 days is to continue to practice occasionally and do another 30 challenge in the future. Possibly I will find the courage to attend a live class.
Thanks again.
Namaste
Dan, I encourage you to participate in a class along with your personal yoga journey at home. I go to a class and so much admire the men who show up to improve their health. It truly is a no judgement zone when you find the right place.
What a great journey home. I can't wait to see what is next. I will continue my journey with you all.
On the Today Show again! Terrific, share more with the world!
Question: Elbow and thumb pain...help, it's getting to be I can't do anymore downward dogs. Very distressing. I know it's arthritis that will never go away but any thoughts would be so appreciated here. Thank you, Janet
There’s a hands free session on you tube. Good luck!
I would suggest you to join the Kula and ask the question there! Although no one ever have exactly the same experiences, a lot of people have experienced similar things and know ways to get around it + people are always very friendly and eager to help out! 🙂
Janet, I too have arthritis. I know the pain. I have been learning about how the food we eat affects the inflamation in our body and the joint pain gets worse. Food is medicine. There are many steps we can take to decrease the inflamation in our body by changing our diet. It decreases the pain and spread of the arthritis to other joints not yet effected. I can not speak to your issues specfically as I do not know you and I am not a homeopathic doctor. I do want to encourage you to look into this and do not give up the yoga, do what you can. Some days are better than others.
Thank you for being an awesome mentor and role model 🙂 As a total yoga newbie I am so grateful to have found you through the Commune 10 Day Summit. Russel hooked me, you reeled me in and I am now living my best life yet (really!).
YWA is now a nonnegotiable for me and I will likely be a FWFG member before Spring.
Namaste 🙂
I’m sorry about the elbow and thumb pain. But if it helps, I have chronic autoimmune arthritis, with pain in the same places and I’ve been practicing.
I’ve never had downward dog in my practice because of it. I’ve been substituting tabletop position or child’s pose in its place, and I use a wedge block under my hands to put less pressure on my wrists and hands. A wedge block might help for you, though.
Good luck!
Yes! Kisses to you too! Excited, energized, and powered up to keep going with daily yoga. I love you. Xoxox
Adriene, I am so happy about doing the 30 days Yoga Journey. And I can not thank you enough! After 29 days, I think I have really found, what I have been looking for! I am so happy about it. And so grateful. You are such a great person, and this is such an exceptional project! Wow! Thank you! And I am thinking of all the people, that joined the journey too. Since January I love Yoga and will never stop practicing. See you in February!
I started your daily yoga sessions on New Year’s Day 2019 and didn’t miss one day,so I’m really loving my second year with you.I tell all my friends at the gym(where I do 2 yoga classes and 2 Pilates classes during the week) that they should subscribe to your classes.Keep up your fabulous yoga sessions Adriene,it’s really improved my poses and I feel I can also get deeper into them.Looking forward to “Kiss”Thankyou,Thankyou,Thankyou xxxxx
It's so difficult for me to continue Yoga practice regularly. Somehow I end up taking leaves 🙁 Maybe joining you would get me regular.
I have never done this before, thank you so much for the reset-recharge process that has happened this dreary January!
I would like to know where your beautiful pillow/ sheet set is from in your videos/ instagram. I am looking for something similar. Thank you so much for that, and this journey!
I adore you and your spirit! Thank you for not leaving us “high and dry.” You are a guide with a soft voice and gentle strength. I have found my space.
Adriene, you put in so much effort and I'm so grateful to have found you.
Thank you, Adriene, for all you do.
I will continue to show up on the mat with pleasure, or whatever else life brings.
Xx
I have my 60th birthday this month. I am much stronger and more stable, clear and focused after 30 days of January. Yoga is food for my soul body and mind and creates access to the vortex. Everything is working out for me when I am responsible to my body. Life is no longer a struggle it is easy. Thank you for pushing me into my expansion. No more excuses!
February, a great start.
This is my fourth 30 day yoga with Adriene and two years practicing with her. I found the Home sessions had a deeper yet clearer understanding of connection. Adriene has grown stronger and we are following in our millions! Big love x
I feel like I am more of a person through that Yoga journey somehow. Along with other things that I have changed, I got back the motivation that I had only felt back (home) when I was a kid. The will to experiment, and go on. The will and force, the motivation to just show up and get things done everyday - with my breath and heart. "Doing what feels good", feels so good! 🙂 Thank you Adriene.
I started your 30 day yoga journey New Years day 2018, and have done yoga everyday since.
When I started yoga, I hated doing it, my body was so stiff, and many of the motions were painful. But I had been very sick, and knew both my mind and body needed a consistant, but kind practice of some sort.
Starting off my third year with HOME felt so different from when I started. Something switched inside my head or heart in the past two years of daily practice, and now I look forward to yoga as something I love. I cannot imagine not doing it now.
I am so grateful for your gift.
I don’t know how you did it, but home really has made feel different, but from the bottom of my heart, I am determined to continue on this journey ☺️
Adrienne ❤️
Thank you for the 30 days, didn't skip any!
I feel satisfaction.
Along with my 5th year therapy, following your channel second year in a row, plus this journey, has definitely taken me home, or at least very near ☺️
I am staying, so long, kisses
Patrycja
I have completed 4 of these 30 day yoga journeys. I love them. Last year was the first time in 2 years that I didnt do the monthly calendars. I have missed it so much that I am happy and looking forward to continuing my yoga everyday! Thank you for always providing these calendars and videos for all of us to use, grow, and find ourselves everyday!
Completed 30 day HOME yoga practice, my first. It gave me such a peaceful feeling. I did have problems with my wrist. I hope to complete 29 day KISS...any suggestions for wrist pain?
Adriene - I've been following you for years and this year I finally completed the 30 days of yoga! I've tried for 3 or 4 years to go through it start to finish and each year life (or something like life) would get in the way. This year, I made it through. I gave myself permission to get on the mat each day, no matter how much energy I had or didn't have. I had rough days at work, a severe cold, and some lazy days, but I did it anyway. I am just so proud of myself. Thank you for being such an amazing teach and true champion of your students.
All my love. Namaste.
Thank you for being my guide. I’m a Pilates girl and have found yoga to be a nice compliment to my mind body journey. You are a wonderful leader.
I love the 30 day January reset. This is my second year in a row, and I am so grateful for it. I am on the mat or at the gym every day as part of my life, and have found that these work best as an adjunct to my regular workouts. That said, I feel more lithe and relaxed than I did at the start, and have learned so much about building poses from component parts, always starting with the foundational BREATH. I love you Adriene, and all of you living room yogis out there!
Thank you Adriene for sharing your authentic self (and Benji) through yoga.
For the past two years since finding Yoga with Adriene, you (and a daily yoga practice) have become part of my routine.
I love that we are able to meet daily on the mat....no matter where I am physically, emotionally or spiritually.
I actually got weepy & emotional after yesterday's practice ended. I thoroughly enjoyed and looked forward to it each day. The way you teach, your energy and the your love of animals is amazing! I feel so grateful to have found your channel and your content. I will definitely keep practicing with you and I may come to one of your classes on the weekend as I am also in Austin!! Thanks again Adriene!!
Dear kindred spirit
I had the same experience
I am SO grateful for Adrienne , her 30 day offering and finding my way home again ♥️
I am so pleased and on some level relieved to know that the calendar exists to carry on with my YWA&B practise. Bless you and Namaste
My husband and I are both 65 and completed the 30 day yoga journey in January. It was great, and we plan to continue. Today we did the “Fill Your Cup” first practice, and loved it. It is great to feel like I am incorporating good practices, and focusing on the right things without necessarily hearing them. But I really like your practices and we definitely plan to continue. Thank you SO much for your mission to get yoga to everyone. I find the sessions very accessible and enjoyable. I watched your “Fuego” practice and was totally impressed. You are also a Bad A** yogi, Adrienne. I aspire to keep improving!
I absolutely loved how your dog looked directly into the camera at the end of your 30 day yoga. I adored watching him while I followed your program. My own sweet dog would lay in the exact same position as yours as I did it. Thank you.
Your love shines through your classes... I believe I have found a beautiful soul
When the last practise in january started and Adriene switcht of the mic, i started to cry a little. But when Benji was coiing to Adriene for a hug i was laughing again. Practise was great, really did my own thing. And now the start of a new cicle in february. A nice long practise. A loved hearing her voice again.
Adrienne,
I started a 30 day challenge for “Home” because I need to come home to myself..... I’ve been living a different life with a little one and movement has always been where I feel at home so Thank you. I’m only on day 4 and I’ve never done anything 30 days in a row intentionally. Even my 200 RYT was only 21 days and after it I fell back into some days off other days on pattern. I feel so much support from your videos! With Dicipline, dedication and repeating some of your mantras I feel like I can do this. Thank you. If I fail, I will accept and try again 🙂
I do some solo flows just to keep it up between my gym classes. After a while, the practice just feels natural.
I’m the biggest Introvert in the galaxy, and yet here I am, overflowing with gratitude and connection to my fellow YWA followers. THANK YOU, Adriene, and THANK YOU YWA Community for your compassionate presence and active contributions to making our planet a better place . Namaste!
I am so glad to find I can continue on - I am a little behind due to scheduling conflicts but and glad that I can jump in when I finish the Jan 30 day challenge. I am enjoying it greatly.
I just received my "YWA Home 30" tee shirt! It's gorgeous! The fabric is sturdy, yet lightweight, the color (charcoal) is exactly my favorite color, and it fits like a dream!! What a wonderful reward for finishing the 30 Day Challenge!! Thanks so much, Adriene, for your most excellent and inspiring yogi self, and for my new tee shirt. I will wear it with pride, for sure.
Sweetest Adriene, thank you from our hearts for sharing your 30 day Yoga transformation with us. My daughter and I have been completely rejuvenated and revitalized, mentally and physically with your beyond wonderful Asanas and Pranayama practices....you have brightened every day with your beautiful inner spirit and infectious joy of life. We now are looking forward to embarking on your Yoga Camp starting today 🙂
Peace and love.
Namaste.
I am in canada and started your yoga session in April and since COVID 19 is so present , and I have more time at home i absoloutely love it and wish I started years ago
I am currently doing :delicate and day 3 : I find it a bit slower but i am so hooked on your programs and do almost every day and love it SO much Thank you
I have been enjoying yoga for about 10 years now, but I'm still a beginner. I learned about Yoga with Adriene from a friend and massage therapist in 2017. I love tuning in with you, Adriene. You are so gently and kind and supportive. Though I haven't actually done yoga with you every day yet, I would love to. My first 30 day challenge was Dedicate, then I did Home and right now I'm working on True. I haven't ever completed a 30 day challenge in 30 days, but I have completed them and loved them every step of the way. I love the way you talk to us through the fourth wall and make us feel like we are right there with you. I love that you quote Shakespeare occasionally and break out in song so joyfully. I plan to carry on with you. Hope it lasts forever!!
I just finished my fist 30 day yoga journey with you. I had started & quit in the past, so I am pretty proud of myself. I struggle with anxiety, and by the 2nd week I found myself turning to your daily practice knowing it would help. I thank you for all you do. I know you are so appreciated by many. I am not stopping here! I am continuing on with your next 30 day practice. I thank you for helping me find this new chapter in my life thru yoga.
Thank you so much Adriene for your video's. Its really nice to watch and listen to your advice to work with the body and breath.
Any suggestions for those of us who have had one or more joint replacements? I have had both shoulders replaced and some poses (esp. planks) are difficult. I am modifying a few things but would welcome any suggestions! (I also had a hip replacement, though that has been less restrictive…hip joint just a little tighter than usual)
